  • Q: I am an enduser, where can I cancel my membership?
  • A: All our merchants offering online membership pages should have an automated cancel form online. If not, or if you can't find it, please go to this page.

  • Q: I am interested in your billing services, what would be the first step to start processing?
  • A: Please send us an e-mail and state the nature of your business and current processing volumes (monthly no. of transactions + revenue). Also please send us a list of all URL's you consider using our services for. We will then contact you to discuss the possibilities. Please bare in mind we typically focus towards somewhat larger processing volumes (min. 50K Euro revenue and/or 500+ transactions per month)

  • Q: Can I process for others on my merchant account?
  • A: No, this is strictly forbidden. Visa and Mastercard International like to see each merchant to only process their own products/services. We therefore only allow you to do processing for your own sites. You will need to provide a list of URL's on a quarterly basis for review. Only in case you have a close relationship with a partner company where a clear connection between the parties involved can be proven, exceptions are possible.
